What we do
Install, repair, replace, maintain. If it moves heat into your house or out of it, it's our work — and when the job starts with an overgrown lot, we clear that too.
Cold-climate systems, ducted or ductless, sized with a real load calculation.
Heating and cooling for older homes with no ductwork — zone by zone.
Central AC sized for humid Massachusetts summers, and repairs when yours quits.
Repair, replacement, and oil-to-gas or oil-to-electric conversions.
Two seasonal tune-ups a year so small problems stay small.
Brush, small trees, and overgrown lots cleared — site prep for whatever comes next.
No heat in January or no AC in July — call any hour, any day.
Cold-climate heat pumps
The technology changed. Modern cold-climate heat pumps are rated to keep producing heat well below zero, and they do it on days when the Merrimack River is frozen solid. One system heats all winter and cools all summer, without oil deliveries or window units.
The catch: they only perform when they're sized and installed correctly. We start every job with a room-by-room load calculation — not a guess off your square footage — and we'll tell you honestly if a heat pump is the wrong fit for your house.
We publish our installed prices — every TCL cold-climate system we sell, with the current Mass Save rebate and the 0% HEAT Loan already in the math. Answer four quick questions on the pricing page and it opens set up for your house.
The program numbers change every year, so we keep them current and you can verify any of it yourself at masssave.com.
